  • Mission Dispatch Time: All toothbrushes and subscription boxes are shipped within 3–5 business days of your order.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Tracking: Once your mission gear (toothbrush) is on the move, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • Delivery Time: Depending on your location, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Note: International shipping times may vary due to customs and local postal services.

 

Refund & Return Policy

We want every recruit to be 100% ready for the mission. If there’s an issue with your order, here’s how we handle it:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your toothbrush arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your support email]. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right—no extra cost to you.

  • Returns: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened toothbrushes. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

 

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your toothbrush subscription anytime before your next billing cycle.
